Yes. POLARCLUB renews automatically once a year. To stop it, cancel at least 30 days before your renewal date.

The one term to know before you enroll: cancelling within the first three months incurs a fee equal to the member discounts you received. If you joined to get the member discount on a repair and then cancel right away, that discount is recovered. After three months there is no cancellation fee.

Selling your home? The membership can transfer to the new homeowner if they are in our service area.

Before you cancel, remember that documented annual service supports your manufacturer warranty, and your trade-in credit stops building when the membership ends.

Membership covers your maintenance and lowers what repairs cost. It is not an insurance policy that pays for parts and labor outright.

What membership does on repairs:

• Free diagnostics on the visit
• 10%, 15% or 20% off repairs on Base, Prime and Prestige
• Priority scheduling, with no overtime or weekend charges

Not covered: storm, flood or lightning damage; refrigerant leaks and recharges unless under warranty; major component replacement such as compressors, coils and heat exchangers; pre-existing conditions not noted on the first visit; and systems modified by other contractors. Major component failures are what your manufacturer warranty is for, and the service record your membership creates helps keep that warranty valid.

You do not have to track it. We reach out before each season and book a time that works for you: once a year on Base, spring and fall on Prime and Prestige.

How the timing works:

• Cooling tune up in spring, before the first sustained hot weather
• Heating tune up in fall, before you rely on the furnace

Those windows are chosen deliberately. Finding a weak component in April or September is a scheduled appointment. Finding the same thing in July or January is an emergency during the busiest week of the season, and pre season scheduling exists specifically to keep you out of that queue.

If our outreach comes at a bad time, call or use the contact form and we will move it. Members get scheduling flexibility, not a fixed date you have to work around.

If you need service between visits, do not wait for the seasonal window. Call, and your front of the line priority and no service fee apply to that visit as well.

Yes. Every POLARCLUB plan includes priority and 24/7 emergency scheduling, and overtime and weekend visits carry no extra charge.

Priority when it matters. When a heat wave or a cold snap floods the phones, members are scheduled ahead of non-members.

Free diagnostics. The $89 diagnostic fee is waived.

Member pricing on the repair. 10%, 15% or 20% off depending on your plan.

Regular tune-ups also make emergencies less likely, since most no-heat and no-cooling calls trace back to something a technician would have caught on a seasonal visit.

• Base, $14.99/mo: 1 visit + 1 tune-up a year, 10% off repairs, up to $179/year trade-in credit
• Prime, $24.99/mo: 2 visits + 2 tune-ups (spring and fall), 15% off repairs, up to $299/year trade-in credit
• Prestige, $39.99/mo: 2 visits with advanced cleaning (deep coil and blower clean plus drain line flush), 20% off repairs, up to $479/year trade-in credit

Prices cover one HVAC system. Each additional system adds $7.49 per month. Paying annually lowers the monthly rate (Base $13.74, Prime $22.91, Prestige $36.66).

Billing: monthly or annually in advance, by card or bank draft. Memberships renew automatically each year.
