Polarity Transparency Pricing means you always know the numbers before any your HVAC work begins.
Here’s what that looks like:
You call Polarity because your HVAC system isn’t working. We arrive, perform a full system diagnostic, and explain exactly what’s wrong with your AC or Furnace system. Then, before we fix anything, we walk you through a clear, itemized quote that breaks down:
No bundled charges. No vague “labor” lines. No surprise fees added after the work is done.
Many HVAC companies combine labor, mark up parts, and add extra fees. That means a technician can pick and choose to quote you $1,000 or higher if they'd like for a $500 job, which makes it nearly impossible to know where your money is going in this specific scenario. With Polarity, you see every number upfront and approve the work before we begin.
Now that's how you as a homeowner save with Polarity: no inflated pricing, no hidden costs, and no pressure.
POLARCLUB builds on transparent pricing by adding immediate, real savings.
