Memberships renew automatically each year unless cancelled at least 30 days before renewal. Cancelling within the first 3 months incurs a fee equal to the member discounts received. Plans cover one HVAC system; each additional system is $7.49/mo. Memberships transfer to a new homeowner in our service area. Billed monthly or annually in advance by card or bank draft. *Exclusions apply, including storm or flood damage, refrigerant leaks and recharges not under warranty, and major component replacement.
